A few years ago I had lot’s of fun co-hosting a podcast with my friend Troy Mooney. We worked together during that time and it was great to sit and talk about items that centered around the principalship. I believed we grew during that process, and I’m hopeful others grew as well. I have been wanting to get back into the podcast game a while now. I guess I didn’t have the time, or wasn’t sure if I had the time…but during this time of shutdown I decided it was time.

I have been fortunate over the years to work with some great principals, and to connect with many others across the country via Twitter and Facebook. I feel that these great leaders have something that they can share with others that can make us all better. Often times we sit on our own islands doing a good job and we are unable to share those great things with others. I am hopeful that this podcast will give others a chance to hear from others and have some tools in their bucket that they can use along the way. Another great thing I have found is that so many principals and leaders are great at many different different things, and some are really great at certain things. I want to highlight some of those things.

I am not quite sure of the day this podcast will launch or who my first guest will be. I think I have a little idea though. I would love you to join me on the Principal Points Podcast!
