Go Rangers!

A new week equals a new week to do something amazing.  If last week didn’t go great for you, is there anything you can change to make this week better?  Let’s make it great!

There is one more school week before many of our students take the STAAR English I and II exams.  As these tests approach their anxiety begins to creep up.  They are working hard in their English classes, and you can help support them by simply encouraging them.  When they know people that care about them believe in them it eases the stress that is present with these tests.

Ranger Roundup will be April 15 from 6:30-7:30 pm.  For many of you this will be your first time to showcase your program for our new students.  You should have your best foot forward so that your program can shine.  Your display or however you plan to showcase it should be excellent.  If it seems that it’s half done, then students and parents will think that of your program.  Be excellent on purpose.

Shout out to DA McCartney for earning a bronze medal at Texas Relays this past weekend.  He received the medal in the triple jump.  He also competed in the 110 and 300 meter hurdles.  Go DA!

Shout out to the baseball and softball teams. They both picked up wins Friday night. Softball beat Rowlett 13-3 and the baseball team defeated Garland.

Shout out to both soccer teams for representing Naaman in a great way in the state playoffs.  Go Rangers!

Have a great week!
