What if Naaman was an exemplar campus for the district?  What if your classroom was an exemplar classroom for the district?  These things are all certainly possible.  We just have to do the things that will make that happen.  Great relationships with students, operationally sound, innovative instructional design, and differentiation for each learner to name a few.  Yes, we can do this!  Transformation doesn’t take place over night, but we all believe that it is possible.  The good thing, as I’ve said before, is that you are the captain in your classroom.  Being great is a choice!  Choose great!

As always there will be tons of excitement and activities taking place this week.  Even with so many things taking place it is important to be there for our students this week.  Many of them will begin to develop some anxiety about being out of school for nine days.  As we know, this is the best place that some of our students get to go to.  They will miss you, because they know you care.  At Naaman all of our students have to know that they matter.  I appreciate all of you for being there for our students.
